An Introductory class to Aqua Aerobics for Seniors

You are required to wear your comfortable swimming attire. The class is approximately 45 minutes. All participants need to bring a towel when attending a group fitness class. It is recommended all participants bring their own water bottle. If there is anyone with a medical condition such as heart, please seek clearance from treating professional to ensure your safety and well-being. Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to a class. No late arrivals will be allowed to participate in classes. Please Note: This workshop is exclusively for local seniors residents within the Shire.
