In collaboration with Head Chef Yalcin from Olive Thyme, six cellar-aged red wines from the volcanic foothills of the Warrumbungle Mountains have been paired with a six-course menu inspired by Anatolian heritage. Blowfly Wines are passionate disruptors — as unconventional as their name suggests. Aged to exception, these rare wines are intended to challenge as much as they delight.
