Richmond ADF families – join us for our Cringe Kringle Christmas BBQ & Carols

HO HO HO! Get ready for a Cringe Kringle celebration at our ADF Families Christmas Carols and BBQ!

DMFS Richmond is delighted to invite ADF members and families posted to Richmond, Glenbrook and Orchard Hills to join the DMFS team and Richmond Chaplains at the RAAF Richmond Sergeant’s Mess for our final event of 2025 - a festive BBQ and Christmas Carols celebration with a fun twist!

Sing along to classic Christmas carols while enjoying a tasty sausage sandwich and a refreshing soft drink. Challenge your family and friends to lawn games and show off your most cringe-worthy Christmas outfit in our Most Cringe Competition - think bold sweaters, outrageous hats, and epic earrings! Keep an eye out for Santa, who will be making a special appearance with gifts for all the kids.

We can’t wait to see you there and spread some holiday cheer!

You should carefully read the following information to ensure you are aware of all requirements relating to this event. This information is regularly updated and may not be the same as information on previous DMFS events you may have registered for.

· Entry will be provided only to ADF members and their families. A DCAC (Defence ID) will be required to access the venue. It is the responsibility of the ADF Member to organise DCACs for all family members who require them. Should you require a Visitor Pass on the day please proceed to the Richmond Pass Office and arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Please note, DMFS staff will not be able to escort any ticket holder, and base access remains the full responsibility of the ticket holder.

· When registering for the event, you must register for a ticket for yourself and each person attending (including every baby, toddler and child).

· Ensure that the email address you register with is accurate as you will receive your booking confirmation, and any additional information or changes to the event, by email.

· Photographs may be taken at this event. If you don’t want to be photographed, or have your family photographed, please let the photographer know. Please note: any photos taken may be used in DMFS publications, online or on social media.

· Parents are required to remain onsite to supervise their children at all times.

If you become unable to attend the event, please cancel your booking by clicking on the link in your confirmation email ‘View and manage your order online’. This takes you to your ‘Tickets’ page where you can choose the ‘Cancel my Order’ option to release the tickets back to the event listing.
