About this event

When a loved one develops a mental health challenge, it can feel like they are a shadow of the person you once knew. It can change everything; relationships, expectations and the foreseeable future.

This workshop explores the grief and loss carers can experience through group discussion/sharing and engaging in Art therapeutic activities.

No art experience required.

IMPORTANT: This course spans over 3 sessions and participants are expected to attend both occurrences
