Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of allergy friendly cooking at our Easter workshop!

Cosy up at The Source Bulk Foods Traralgon with Eimear and be inspired to cook from scratch with quick and easy recipes that are both delicious and healthy.


At this workshop you will learn how to use ingredients from The Source to make healthy swaps so that your gut loves you at Easter, and that everyone is catered for! We will make GF Hot Cross Buns, chocolate treats, easter cookies and more. We always also focus on what pantry staples you can make from scratch using ingredients from The Source, helping to keep your grocery bill to a minimum.


Eimear McNelis is a journalist with a passion for eating well and gardening. She writes a country living blog www.reddirtroad.life and has created an edible kitchen garden from scratch on their 900sqm home in Thorpdale. She has numerous food and skin allergies, including Coeliacs disease, and is a Thermomix consultant who is passionate about nutrient-rich cooking from scratch.


You will get to sample the amazing food cooked and take home recipes!
