We’re beyond excited to contunue to offer All-Abilities sessions at our Girls Day Out event! 💙

This day is all about celebrating every girl’s strengths and giving them the chance to try something new, grow in confidence, and most importantly—have fun! 🌟

Girls can try one sport or dive into a few – whether she’s all about the ball or curious about the board, there’s something here for every superstar-in-the-making. 🌟

• Rugby League with NRL
• Netball with Hunter Netball & Netball NSW
• Rugby Union with Rugby NSW
• Golf with Golf NSW
• Cheer with Valley Athletics

🌟 All-Abilities Sports Fun! 🌟

This event is all about celebrating girls of all abilities! These sessions are designed especially for girls with a disability, with smaller group sizes to create a safe, supportive, and super fun environment. While these sessions run right alongside our mainstream activities, they’re tailored to make sure every girl feels included and confident.

💬 Parents, we’ll ask for a quick overview of your daughter’s needs so our amazing facilitators can plan sessions that cater for everyone’s strengths.
