Each workshop day will be focused on one chakra and explore a range of tantric, yogic, and achemical practices, including elements of conscious touch, ritual, meditation, mantra, and emotional fluidity.

You’ll learn and experience established practices from leading international tantric practitioners, trainings, and retreats.

What is Tantra?

In essence, Tantra is an all-encompassing spiritual path of “Know Thyself”.

Originating in India, it’s a diverse tradition that spans several centuries of development and features in India's earliest sacred writings.

At the highest level, Tantra is about transforming consciousness for liberation and returning us to our natural state of love and bliss, also known as our original divine blueprint.

It teaches us how to reveal the Divine in the entirety of the human experience.

About Kundalini Bodywork

Kundalini Bodywork is an energy experience that facilitates somatic healing, lifeforce energy activation, and spiritual awakening.

During Kundalini Bodywork one can experience anything from energetic sensations, emotional resolution, spinal flow, spontaneous movement, vivid visuals, and mystical / bliss states.

Preparation*

No previous experience is required.

Come with an open mind and intention to engage, explore, and connect to yourself and others more deeply.

Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket/scarf, and wear comfortable clothes.
