You are invited to attend an AgForce Members meeting with the Minister for Resources Scott Stewart in Longreach on Friday afternoon.

About this event

Apologies for the short notice – we would love you to come to an AgForce members’ meeting this Friday in Longreach, to discuss stock routes and any other pressing natural resource issues, with Minister Scott Stewart.

The Minister will be travelling with his senior staff and with our AgForce CEO, Mike Guerin. They will be holding separate meetings with Department staff, with Councils, and with AgForce members.

Can you join us for the AgForce Members’ meeting in Longreach?

We’ll provide lunch.

We’ve organised two extra information sessions to add value to your trip to town:

12-00pm Lunch provided

12-30pm to 2-00pm Meeting and discussion with Minister on stock routes, vegetation and other issues. Minister Scott Stewart and senior staff, plus AgForce CEO Mike Guerin.

2-00pm to 2-30pm Central West rural crime – current trends, how to protect yourself, how to seek help. Allan Cook, Stock Squad Longreach (Major and Organised Crime Squad Rural)

2-30pm to 3-00pm Tips and Traps in Industrial Relations for rural businesses. Warren Turner, AgForce Industrial Relations Consultant
