Ageing Wisely

Join us for our next Age Wisely Forum, a practical and encouraging afternoon designed for people of all ages and stages of life.

Life can bring unexpected changes in our health, finances, relationships, family responsibilities and living situations. While we can’t plan for everything, there are practical steps we can take now to prepare well, support those around us and reduce the risk of difficult situations in the future.

Facilitated by Age Well Advocate Mark Sewell and Pastor & Chaplain Deb Kuhna, along with our in-house aged care experts Keren Blackmore and Stevie Lee Reed, we’ll explore topics including:

• Health, wellbeing and exercise
• Financial strength and planning ahead
• Creating safe and sustainable home environments
• Building and maintaining strong relationships and social connections
• Supporting ageing parents, family members and loved ones
• Faith, purpose and staying connected to God and others through every season of life
• Insights from Lighthouse’s Real People Online Survey

There will also be an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions and learn from the experiences and wisdom of others.

Whether you’re thinking about your own future, helping parents or loved ones navigate a new season, or simply wanting to make wise choices now, this forum is for you.
