An Information Session for People Supporting Older People, Getting Help for Elderly Relatives and Empowering Individuals to live life as well as possible.
At Lighthouse we recognise that Ageing is a journey in which we all deserve respect, empowerment, and support for the road ahead.
This forum will assist you with
- Some contextual information about why these issues are so prevalent and becoming normal in our ageing Australia. No-one need feel alone and unsupported
- Useful practical information for referral to available services and how to get access to them at the right time.
- Emotional and spiritual guidance for coping with a long journey and process given the issues aren’t resolved easily or quickly.
This forum will be on Sunday 26th May after the 10am gathering at the Station. We will have experts in the field and people with lived experience of these issues who will address these areas. You will feel better informed and supported after this forum.
