AFTRS Postgraduate Information Evening is your chance to discover how AFTRS' Master of Arts Screen (offered in 10 Disciplines), Master of Arts Screen: Business and Leadership and Graduate Diploma in Radio are designed to nurture the next generation of visionary screen and broadcast storytellers who can work at the highest level of the screen and radio industries.

Experience AFTRS uniquely forward-looking approach to practice-based learning and hear about the courses from the Heads of Department who teach them and alumni who have used them to launch their careers. You’ll also have the opportunity to see examples of student work, put your questions to our tutors and get tips on your application. For full schedule see below.

6.10 PM: Master of Arts Screen information session and case study presented by Course Leader, Stephen Murphy and students Shannon Ashlyn and Emma Bourke

6.20 PM: Graduate Diploma in Radio information session and case study presented by Program Leader, Lisa Sweeney

6.30 PM: Master of Arts Screen: Business and Leadership information session and case study presented by Course Leader, Peter Herbert

6.45 PM: AFTRS Alumni Panel session and Q&A, moderated by Head of Programs, Nell Greenwood

Tour Australia’s leading screen arts and broadcasting library, and view the inaugural speech from AFTRS Elder in Residence, Uncle Bruce Pascoe.

Guided Tours
School wide guided tours of the world-class facilities, including AFTRS film, television and radio studios, post production suites and the designated Masters Space, will take place throughout the evening.
