Afterschool Art Classes for Kids at MAC yapang

Afterschool Art Classes for Kids at MAC yapang

Overview

Art Development and Expansion with Jade Perry Hull.

Calling all junior creatives and budding artists!

Join us at MAC for our new series of after-school art classes designed especially for kids.

Our art tutor, Jade, brings over 20 years of experience teaching visual arts to primary, secondary, and tertiary students. These weekly classes are designed to be fun, inclusive, and inspiring—supporting young artists as they grow their creative skills and confidence.

Students will explore a range of materials including pastels, paints, inks, and collage, taking inspiration from artworks in the gallery’s collection. They'll learn key art elements and design principles, then be encouraged to experiment, play, and develop their own approaches to art making.

By the end of the program, each student will have created their own original artworks using a mix of expressive techniques and processes.
