What to wear and how to prepare for the session:

• Please bring a pillow and a blanket for extra comfort.

• Avoid having a full stomach for the session and all stimulants eg. coffee prior.

• Wear comfortable clothes including layers and socks to manage your body temperature.

• Bring an eye mask if you have one.
