The 5th Advanced Echo Symposium (AES) 2019 is being held in conjunction with Echo Asia 2019 Meeting (AAE 2019), the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Asia Pacific Association of Echocardiography and Imaging Australia, along with faculty for the international alliance partners, the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) and the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI).
ABOUT THE MEETING
The AES has been established as a major cardiac imaging meeting in the region for the last 10 years. The AES, which held every 2 years has become a major forum for an exchange of ideas and discussion around the performance and interpretation of all forms of cardiac imaging. There is a strong emphasis on the role of imaging in clinical diagnosis and management of many cardiac and multisystem disorders. An over-arching focus of the meeting is on the quality assurance and standards in the performance and interpretation of these scans and appropriate use of imaging. AAE was established to provide a forum for Asian-Pacific association members to be engaged in cutting-edge practice, research and education in echocardiography and to collaborate with others interested in cardiovascular imaging.

DELEGATE PROFILE
We anticipate that 300 - 400 delegates from Australia, New Zealand and the member countries of the Asia Pacific Association of Echocardiography, including Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, China, Thailand, Phillipines and Taiwan from the following professions will register for the combined meetings.

Full registration to the symposium entitles you to register for ONE (1) workshop per day. One day registration to the symposium entitles you to register for ONE (1) workshop that occurs on the same day of your symposium registration. WORKSHOPS ARE OPTIONAL.
YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE SYMPOSIUM TO REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS. The workshops of the same name have the same content. Please check dates and times carefully as some workshops run concurrently.

Places are limited and are on a first come first served basis. If a workshop you have registered for has become full, we will contact you to select an alternative workshop. What's the cancellation and refund policy?
If you have to cancel your registration, you can do so through Eventbrite, or by contacting Sandra at the PA Research Foundation by email or phone: Direct +61 7 3176 7364 / Main Office +61 7 3176 2359. Registrations will be refunded using the same method of payment used to register for the event.
**Registrations cancelled 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
**Registrations cancelled less than 30 days of the event will receive a refund, less 20% for administration fees.

How can I register and pay?
