The Challenge

One of the biggest challenges in dealing with colleagues, peers, managers, suppliers, and third parties is misunderstandings. They can happen frequently and easily, but they can also have a profound and lasting impact on relationships, trust and results.

Often misunderstandings can be tracked to a subtle and sometimes simple case of misinterpretation and yet they can cause dramatic and lasting damage.

The Solution

One of the most effective and successful tools available to avoiding this is a profiling tool called HBDI which allows you to understand how people think and better connect with them. As thinking precedes attitude, behaviour and action, by grasping how the tool works will allow you to influence the thoughts of others by knowing when and how to alter your approach when dealing with them. This tool will enable you to fine tune and tailor your communications so that you connect with others better by speaking their ‘language’. You will then be able to apply this insight and tool to all of your all your communications, presentations, negotiations and dealings with colleagues, clients and also with your friends and family.

This Course

This course will involve you getting your own personal profile which provides a detailed analysis on how you think and how this varies to others. The Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument is an internationally acclaimed profiling tool that has been used by over 2.5 million people and is an integral part of the operations of companies like Coca Cola, Nestle and Cisco Systems to which they attribute much of their success.

In addition to your own profile you will see the profile of others and be given practical tips, tools and guidance on everything you need to fine tune your communications with others be they on email, in person, at presentations or in negotiations. You will leave with the knowledge to be able to better connect with others, show greater empathy, develop meaningful relationships and build greater levels of trust.

Cost is inclusive of your very own personal HBDI profile and kit.

Please note minimum numbers are required for this workshop.
On the day of the workshop please sign in and test your equipment just before, we are ready for a 9:30am sharp start.
