The Albury & District Law Society hosts the annual CPD day for members to obtain all 4 mandatory points whilst networking.

Morning tea and lunch included throughout the day.

Itinerary as follows:

8.30am to 9am – Coffee, Tea & Welcome

9am to 10am – James Sloan presenting on life interests vs. right to reside (Substantive Law).

10am to 11am – Carol Prasad from NSW Law Society presenting on AML/CTF obligations (Practice Management and Business Skills).

11am to 11.20am – Morning tea

11.20am to 12.20pm – Estates Exchange presenting on navigating capacity in estate matters (Ethics).

12.20pm to 1.20pm – Lunch

1.20pm to 2.20pm – District Court Judge Justin Smith presenting on advocacy tips & traps (Professional Skills).
