Sunday 5th May -Adelaide String Duo, CLASSICS & POP
Multi-award-winning South Australian musicians Brenton & Jacqui Edgecombe bring you the fruits of their varied pursuits in this unique concert presentation, showcasing their two most popular musical combinations.
In the first half (Classics) they perform as the Adelaide String Duo - a violin and cello duo in the classical style, encompassing repertoire from The William Tell Overture to Guns & Roses; from a passionate tango to Zorba the Greek.
In the second half (Pop) Jacqui electrifies her cello while Brenton packs away his fiddle to become the lead vocalist and piano pumper of the Two Hearts Duo. They'll drop a whole range of quirky yet funky arrangements of celebrated pop, jazz and piano-bar hits.
