Her leadership success is rooted in her ability to connect, influence, and inspire, driven by a compelling vision and the courage to challenge the status quo.
Beyond her work with The MPN, Nora actively supports diversity and inclusion-focused organisations and serves as a mentor to emerging professionals in the field. As a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, she is committed to helping organisations build more inclusive and equitable cultures.

During this session, we will introduce ImpactSphere, The Multicultural Professional Network’s platform for measuring public good. We will discuss how MPN aims to advance inclusive leadership and drive equitable change through diversity, collaboration, and measurable social value.
