18+ or under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult or guardian

What can I bring into the event?

Anything you'd take to a normal appointment, pictures etc. We do ask that you bring a friend along that they do wait in the lounge. They won't be able to sit with you while you have your hair done.

What's the refund policy?

Unfortunately there are no refunds. Please refer to T's & C's in booking information

Your ticket is transferable to someine if approved by Adam Ciaccia, but unfortunately they are non refundable

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, its important that your I.D and the ticket name are the same
