Join Us For An Incredible Charity Run Event!
Our ACTV Run for Resilience 2.0 is happening on Saturday Morning 25 May 2024 in support of mental health and to raise funds for local charity, Sana Days.
Our ACTV Run for Resilience symbolises much more than just another run. We want to bring our community together to collectively push our limits when the mind says no. To get through the hard times with the support of our mates and community.
Together we are on a mission to promote physical activity and community connection to manage mental health. Creating a unique experience that unites our community and empowers our minds and bodies through running from one side of the Gold Coast to the other together.
Your registration is a donation towards local charity Sana Days, which is proactively promoting physical activity and wellbeing initiatives as a tool to manage mental health.
We challenge you to pick a distance that will push you. It's not a race, just a challenge. But don’t worry, you’re not alone, you’ll have the whole community behind you cheering you on to the finish line.
Last year was amazing! We raised over $5k for mental health with just over 150 people there on the day. This year we want to make it bigger & better!

No matter your running ability, everyone is welcome to join our run. Choose from three different distances to challenge yourself and have fun:

WHERE ARE WE RUNNING?
FROM BROADBEACH TO COOLANGATTA
The 22km is starting from Kurrawa Surf Club in Broadbeach and we all finish at Coolangatta collecting all other runners along the way (at Tallebugera and Tugun).

12km - Start from Tallebudgera Surf Club, Tallebudgera Creek
5km - Start from Tugun Surf Club

ABOUT OUR WHY & ACTV TEAM
ACTV Strength Co is a fitness community founded by Alastair Day and Anthony Bartolo on the Gold Coast - And together with ACTV Ashmore co-owners Paris Lightfoot and Jackson Fisher.
Paris lost her father to suicide in December 2022 and she started the Run For Resilience last year in his memory and to do what she can in support of Men's Mental Health. Our goal is to empower individuals and communities through group physical activity, while promoting awareness and support for mental health struggles.
The ACTV Strength Co. Community are extremely passionate about mental health and doing what we can to raise funds and awareness for charity.
ABOUT SANA DAYS
Sana Days' mission aligns with ACTV's in promoting mental health through exercise, events, and community engagement.
Together, they aim to create awareness, initiate conversations about mental health, and provide support through fitness initiatives.
Sana Days is a local mental health charity founded by Brock Days and promotes physical activity as a means of managing mental health. They create initiatives and events to encourage people to prioritize their mental wellbeing through exercise, community, and support. Sana Days' mission is to break down the stigma surrounding mental health struggles and provide resources for those in need. Through their work, they aim to empower individuals to take control of their mental health and promote a healthier, more resilient community.
