Aged Care Quality Association Network Meeting

Our upcoming Network Meeting for Gumeracha SA will be held online through Zoom, on 28/08/20 from 1000 - 1430 with a half hour lunch at 1200.

Culture in the workplace will affect your accreditation processes, compliance and innovations of continuous improvements. Without a quality and care orientated organisational culture, systems and processes will never achieve the desired results. A digital quality and auditing system has the potential to save hundreds of hours while helping to identify and reduce potential risks and issues. However, if the culture within the organisation does not support honest reporting, then the auditing system will not be effective. Without accurate data to leverage into targeted improvements, even the best quality management system cannot help in reducing risks and costs. This is why a holistic approach to compliance, continuous improvement, and innovation is so important to reducing risk and cost burdens in an organisation.

Brad Meehan has recently joined the Active Quality team as a Director, bring his experience of designing and deploying enterprise level consumer-centric transformation programs for many ASX100 companies, Health Care providers and Government Owned Corporations. He has expertise in strategy, operating model development, consumer centricity, governance, quality management and large-scale cultural transformations.

Network Meetings are a great place to connect, share accreditation experiences, get help and be inspired by other like-minded Aged Care professionals. Our Network Meetings are open to all staff from member organisations.
