Participants will work in groups of approximately 6, facilitated by one of our Psychology for a Safe Climate members. There will be a segment on self care, followed by a space for review and discussion.
As we will be using drawing materials, you will need to have some soft drawing materials such as pastels, paints, crayons or chalk. If you don’t have them please borrow some as it really is helpful in the process. You will also need a piece of A3 paper. If you don't have A3 paper please join 2 sheets of A3 together in landscape.
It is generally easier, but not essential to use a computer rather than a phone or tablet for this workshop, as with a computer you can alter the focus from your face to your hands when you choose.
As this workshop offers an immersive experience it is vitally important that you are able to attend for the whole 3 hours of the workshop. Please give yourself a quiet and uninterrupted time for the workshop, and for a reflective time afterwards.
Please logon early to ensure your participation from the outset of the workshop. Unfortunately we can’t include late comers into the workshop.
We will send the zoom login a couple of days before the workshop.
Please send us an email: info@psychologyforasafeclimate.org request if you would like to attend but need a free place - we have a few such places reserved.
We look forward to meeting you on zoom.
