In our final two sessions for the year, Tina will be facilitating an interactive session for participants to reflect on the teachings they've received throughout the year, and explore together how the Buddha’s teachings can be applied to our lives. Each session is unique and audience participation is encouraged so as to make the sessions meaningful and relevant to each person.
