STANDARD TREE PLANTING INFORMATION

Upon arrival at our tree planting events you will be given guidance by our experienced staff before you begin planting in the company of your family or friends, or with the rest of the group.

After planting for a bit, we'll take morning tea and lunch breaks. This will be undercover where possible but will usually be outdoors. We recommend dressing in layers as the weather can be unpredictable - we've planted through rain, hail, and shine all in one day before!

Note: Tree planting is an incredibly rewarding activity but it requires some fitness (ability to walk on uneven terrain, carry equipment, bend over and use hammers). With that said it's suitable and adaptable for a wide range of ages. If you have questions about the accessibility of this activity, please get in touch at info@koalaclancyfoundation.org.au
