How To Keep Your Joy and Peace in a Noisy, Busy World

We all want to experience joy and peace every day, but how do we do that amidst all the stress, pressure, and noise? A Toolkit for Everyday Life is a set of sessions aimed at creating for you exactly that: a set of practical tools that you can practise in everyday life, to find and keep your joy and peace - no matter what is happening around you.

In this session, experience the power of sound and music to help you look after yourself! We’ll experiment using music you love, sounds of nature, and even maybe some instruments to find out some ways we can use our sense of sound to feel better, self-regulate, and find joy.

If you’ve been looking for simple ways to calm your nervous system, feel better in yourself, and are curious about connecting with others of like mind and heart - join us!
