A 3.5-hour immersive cooking journey around Spain, led by Nat Martinez (Madrid).
We’ll cook, taste and share the way we do it in Spain — slowly, together, around a table.
Because Spanish food is never just about recipes.
It’s about connection, stories and turning food into memories.
👩🍳 What we cook together
During the class we’ll prepare and enjoy:
- Traditional Valencian Paella (made together, step by step)
- Spanish Tortilla de Patatas
- Gambas al Ajillo
- Pan con Tomate (Pan Tumaca)
- My family’s homemade Sangria recipe
🧀 What’s included
While the paella cooks, we’ll enjoy a proper Spanish aperitivo with:
- Premium Spanish cheese & charcuterie boards
- Olives, traditional Spanish snacks
- And for dessert (of course): Homemade Basque Cheesecake.
