🇪🇸 A Taste of Spain: A hands-on Spanish cooking experience with Nat Martinez.


A 3.5-hour immersive cooking journey around Spain, led by Nat Martinez (Madrid).
We’ll cook, taste and share the way we do it in Spain — slowly, together, around a table.

Because Spanish food is never just about recipes.
It’s about connection, stories and turning food into memories.


👩‍🍳 What we cook together

During the class we’ll prepare and enjoy:

  • Traditional Valencian Paella (made together, step by step)
  • Spanish Tortilla de Patatas
  • Gambas al Ajillo
  • Pan con Tomate (Pan Tumaca)
  • My family’s homemade Sangria recipe


🧀 What’s included

While the paella cooks, we’ll enjoy a proper Spanish aperitivo with:

  • Premium Spanish cheese & charcuterie boards
  • Olives, traditional Spanish snacks
  • And for dessert (of course): Homemade Basque Cheesecake.

3.5 hours total
Relaxed, social and hands-on — no rush, just good food and great company.
