A Pause Before the Gallop: A Guided Meditation
This 45-minute guided meditation welcomes the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Horse.
This 45-minute guided meditation welcomes the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Horse.
Join us over your lunch break for a quiet, grounding pause — a moment to centre yourself, listen inward, and gently set your direction for the year ahead. Through breath, imagery and reflection, this session invites stillness before movement, helping you reconnect with clarity, intention and momentum.
We will be led by Franca Lepre, a yoga and meditation teacher and writer.
About our facilitator
After many years working in Art and Design in Melbourne and overseas, Franca felt drawn toward a more reflective and philosophical way of living. This curiosity led her to study yoga, meditation and spirituality, reshaping both her personal life and professional path.
Franca completed her 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training at AYA in 2024, followed by a 50-hour Meditation Teacher Training, and is currently undertaking Yin Teacher Training. What began as a personal practice has grown into a deeply meaningful way of connecting with others.
Her teaching is shaped by storytelling, reflection and shared human experience. Through meditation, yoga and journaling, Franca creates spaces where people can pause, listen, and explore their inner landscapes together. She brings warmth, curiosity and a sense of gentle freedom to her classes, and continues to learn as she moves further along this ever-unfolding path.
