• Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation
Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness.
• Live Tibetan Bowls and Song
By the grace of live Tibetan Bowls and other instruments, we allow for an even deeper relaxation, restoration and integration. And together in song we give space for our hearts to open through our voices.
• Herbal Tea
We support our bodies on this journey by the help of nourishing medicinal herbal tea, local and organically grown.
• Connection
This evening offers an opportunity to unravel and drop layers, to relax into our hearts, so we can connect more authentically with those around us. The last part of the evening gives us a chance to hold space for each other as we share what we experienced in this beautiful sacred space that we have co-created.
