Overview

Self-Love starts with understanding, nourishment & presence. This 3-part series is an invitation to reconnect with your body, mind & spirit.

You are warmly invited into a sacred journey of self-love, remembrance, and deep connection.

This gathering is an invitation to come home to yourself. Together, we will explore the key pillars of health and wellbeing—simple, nourishing practices that support not only you, but your whole family. From there, we gently shift out of the busy mind and into the wisdom of the body, where true healing begins.

Through relaxation, intuitive movement, and mindful presence, we will begin to soften and release what has been held for too long. Stuck energy will be invited to move, not through force, but through compassion, breath, and surrender. As we flow together, we’ll be guided into a heart-cantering meditation and breathwork, followed by the soothing embrace of sound healing—allowing the nervous system to rest, restore, and remember.

This is a space created with deep respect, safety, and compassion. A space to honour your energy, to listen inward, and to reconnect with the truth of who you are beneath the noise and expectations of everyday life. Here, you are invited to slow down, open your heart, and allow love for yourself to gently re-emerge.

This is a women’s circle—a place where you don’t have to hold it all together. A place to surrender, to be seen, and to reconnect with your soul in the presence of others walking the same path.

This offering is a 3-part journey into self-love, health, and remembrance, designed to gently educate, embody, and reconnect. Each gathering explores essential pillars of wellbeing—supporting your body, mind, and spirit—while guiding you into deep presence through movement, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. You may attend one or journey through all three to experience the full arc of nourishment, balance, and renewal.

April 18th - Part 1: Detox & Hydration – Cleansing the Body

We begin by learning how to gently detoxify the body and understand the importance of proper hydration.
You’ll discover:

  • How detoxification supports overall health
  • The role of water in energy, digestion, and vitality
  • Simple daily habits to support your body naturally

July 18th - Part 2: Nutrition Foundations – Fuelling the Body with Love

In this session, we explore macronutrients and mindful eating:

  • Carbohydrates, lipids (fats), and proteins—what they do and why they matter
  • How to eat healthy without restriction
  • Best times to eat for energy and balance
  • Basics of sport and active lifestyle nutrition
  • Making good choices when eating out

This session is about empowerment, not perfection—learning how to nourish your body with confidence and compassion.

Sept 12th - Part 3: Vitamins, Minerals & Inner Balance

We complete the nutritional journey by understanding the importance of vitamins and minerals and how they support immunity, energy, and overall well-being.

🌸 About the Facilitator

Fernanda is a Dietitian trained in Brazil, a Nutritionist in Australia, Former Bodybuilder and currently studying Naturopathy. She is also a Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator, weaving science, nature, and spirituality into a grounded yet deeply intuitive approach to wellbeing.

Her work is rooted in self-love, embodiment, and reconnection — guiding women to remember their innate wisdom and inner power.
