Description

Exclusively for students in years 10, 11 and 12, this workshop will provide you with the opportunity to experience life as a fashion illustrator and develop skills to present your creative ideas for your portfolio. This hands on 1-day workshop will teach you the golden rules of fashion illustration, using a croquis and developing your own illustration style. The workshop will be conducted in our new Design Hub led by Tracy Hogan, an experienced Fashion Illustrator and is designed for students interested in communicating their design concepts through Fashion illustration and further develop their fashion portfolios. Tips for folio presentation and layout will also be discussed.

Content:

This workshop will provide students with the basics of fashion illustration through working with a fashion image, exploring fashion poses and using a variety of mediums for rendering your fashion illustration. This workshop will also help students in advancing their illustration techniques even further by also exploring collage techniques for mood boards and portfolio layout techniques.
