A Breathwork Journey for Balance and Harmony
In honour of the Autumn Equinox, you're invited to a breathwork journey to bring more balance and harmony into your life.
You'll be guided on a journey to release old patterns - like overthinking, pushing too hard or putting unnecessary pressure on yourself - that have left you feeling out of balance
Then, you can expect to receive new energy, new insights and new perspectives so that you can make well-considered decisions and take action to gently restore harmony to your life.
The location for this event is the beautiful Self Love Lounge located in Milton. Entering this space is like stepping into the most welcoming and calming atmosphere that you can imagine.
What to expect:
✨We'll begin with guided intention setting and time to settle into the space.
✨The focus of the event will be a guided breathwork journey.
The journey itself will take 45-60 minutes. There will be music. I will be there to guide you through the journey. However, the most important thing to remember, always, is that this is your journey. Everyone's experience is unique. Trust that the breathwork will bring you exactly what you need in the moment.
✨Afterwards, there will be time for integration: to connect the pieces that came up for you during the breathwork, to connect with the other people in the group, and to connect to what you're committing to doing next to create balance and harmony.
All levels of experience are welcome to attend.
The style of breathwork is easy to learn. I'll give you a demo before we start. There will also be time to ask questions before we begin - and you're welcome to get in touch with any questions before the event as well.
The type of breathwork we'll be doing is called circular connected breathwork. And if you haven't experienced it yet, you definitely deserve to!
Just to be clear, this is an active style of breathwork. It's not the type of relaxation breathing that you might learn in a yoga or meditation class (though you'll likely feel deeply relaxed by the end of the breathwork session).

- A water bottle (to stay hydrated before and after the breathwork).
- A journal or notebook and a pen.
- Wear clothing that you are comfortable to lie down in.
> Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks will be supplied for you.
> Light, nourishing snacks will also be provided following the breathwork.

Hi, I'm B!
- I work with high achievers who are ready to break through old patterns of perfectionism, procrastination and people-pleasing so that they can make an even greater impact in the world.
- I completed my training with Adrienne Rivera to become a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. I am also a certified coach, a Reiki Master and I have a degree in psychology.
- I am fascinated by everything to do with creating lasting transformation. As a Scorpio, I'm not really interested in surface-level change or short-term inspiration that's not followed up with real-life action.
- I am a recovering perfectionist, and I tried for many years to figure out what people meant when they said, 'just let it go'.
