Overview

Experience 9D Breathwork with Max at Geelong Pilates Studio on Friday, March 20th, 4 pm - 5.30 pm

This 9D Breathwork down regulation and regeneration experience is one of my favourite relaxation journeys - it is designed to gently guide your nervous system out of stress and survival mode and into deep rest, repair, and renewal through immersive 9D sound, guided breathwork, and somatic awareness.

Rather than pushing or forcing release, this journey invites a soft unwinding. It creates space for the body to reset, the mind to quieten, and the emotional system to rebalance. Many people experience a sense of grounding, spaciousness, emotional release, and deep inner calm — often described as feeling “lighter,” “clearer,” and “more at home” in themselves.

This is ideal for anyone feeling:

  • Overstimulated, burnt out, or emotionally fatigued
  • Anxious, wired, or stuck in constant thinking
  • Disconnected from their body or struggling to fully rest
  • In need of nervous system support

No prior breathwork experience is required.
This is not about performance — it’s about permission to slow down, soften, and reset.

For those who have experienced a Wim Hof Method breathing session with Max, this is a totally new experience. 9D Breathwork combines deep conscious breathing, binaural beats, specific sound frequencies and guided hypnotic suggestions that creates a multi-dimensional sound experience.

Spaces are limited to 9 participants only.

**This practice is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant, epileptic, dealing with pyschosis or serious heart conditions. Please consult with a healthcare professional before participating if you have any of these conditions.

PLEASE BRING: A blanket and cushion (mats will be provided ).

**Geelong Pilates Studio is located at Bellevue Ave. Highton - upstairs above Bon Appetite
