9D Breathwork with Max Rooke

The 9DMT Trip is one of my favourite journeys and is not just breathwork. For those who have experienced a Wim Hof Method breathing session with Max, this is a totally new experience. 9D Breathwork combines deep conscious breathing, binaural beats, specific sound frequencies and guided hypnotic suggestions that creates a multi-dimensional sound experience.
