This 9D journey explores the five primary emotional imprints that quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and others, separation from love, abandonment, rejection, shame, and the absence of love.

These early experiences don’t always come from dramatic events. Often they are subtle moments where we learned it wasn’t safe to fully express, trust, or be ourselves. Over time, those moments can form protective patterns, people-pleasing, emotional guarding, perfectionism, fear of rejection, or pulling away to avoid being hurt.

Using conscious connected breath, immersive 9D soundscapes, and guided awareness, this session creates a safe space to gently explore those patterns at the root.

This is not about blaming caregivers or reliving the past.

It is about allowing the body to process what may still be held beneath the surface, at a pace that feels safe and supported.

Each experience is unique. Some participants may feel deep emotional release, others may experience clarity, insight, or a sense of calm. There is no expectation to “break through” or have a dramatic outcome. The breath simply creates the conditions for what is ready to move.

Throughout the journey, you are encouraged to honour your body, rest when needed, and move within your own capacity. Support, grounding, and integration are woven into the session.

Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their inner resilience, with a deeper understanding of how past experiences have shaped present patterns, and the awareness that those patterns can change

What to Bring:

  • We will provide a yoga mat, pillow, cushion, and blanket for your comfort. However, as you will be lying on the floor for an extended period, you are welcome to bring any additional items, such as an inflatable mattress or a beanbag, to enhance your comfort.
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Water bottle
  • Optional: journal and pen for reflection

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session to allow for a prompt start. The door will close once the session begins.

This session uses conscious connected breath, which can be physically and emotionally activating. For safety reasons, it may not be suitable for everyone.

Please inform us if you have, or have had:

  • Cardiovascular conditions or heart disease
  • High or uncontrolled blood pressure
  • Chronic respiratory conditions
  • History of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures
  • Severe asthma (mild or moderate asthma is generally okay — please bring your inhaler)
  • Osteoporosis
  • Glaucoma
  • Recent surgery or injury
  • Pregnancy (this session is not suitable during pregnancy)

Mental health considerations

For safety and wellbeing, this session is not suitable for individuals with:

  • Severe mental health conditions
  • Psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar disorder
  • Severe or unmanaged PTSD
  • Any condition where breathwork or altered states may be destabilising
  • Individuals currently taking heavy psychiatric medication (including antipsychotics or mood stabilisers)
