What should I bring?

Please BYO gloves, sturdy footwear, long pants, and a long-sleeved (sun-smart) shirt. Also, bring friends and drinking water!

How do I get there?

Follow Balnarring Beach road to Saltbush at 122 Balnarring Beach road.Follow the long driveway until you reach the carpark. From there, there is an 800m walk (or MCC Landcare buggy ride :) to the planting site. Please allow 30 mins before the start time to sign-in and walk to the site.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes indeed! Bring as many friends as you like! We love groups of people working together :) Please ensure they register for the event so we have an idea of numbers.

Question 4

Do I need planting experience?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience needed, but be aware that tree planting involves digging, bending and walking on uneven ground so you will need good physical fitness and mobility. We will have a planting demo at 9am sharp. Please allow 20 minutes to walk to the planting site from the carpark.
