Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?

Full Refund: 30 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. (minus processing fees)
Partial Refund:  8 to 30 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund 50%.  (minus processing fees)
Less then 7 days: No refund
