Do I need prior training?

Accepted Answer

No. Beginning at O-1 of the Foundation Courses, there are no prerequisites. After O-1, each previous course is required before you’re able to attend the next level. Specialist courses may have prerequisites, please see the course info before booking a ticket.

Question 2

Are there any age restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anyone below the age of 18 will require written permission from a legal guardian. Anyone under the age of 16 will require a legal guardian in attendance. Due to the nature of the training, it is important that all participants have a mature mindset.

Question 3

What to bring on the day?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket and ID (e.g. driver's license)
Comfortable clothing for physical activity 
Clean, flat-soled shoes suitable for mats, or clean feet (your training partners will thank you)
A water bottle, and snacks if desired
