During a session, you can expect a warm welcome, introductions, and the establishment of a safe, confidential space. Activities may include storytelling, mindfulness exercises, creative activities, and group discussions. Each session usually ends with a reflection and a gratitude practice.

What should I bring to a Women’s Circle session?

Typically, you only need to bring yourself and an open mind. Some participants find it helpful to bring a journal and a pen for note-taking or reflection. Comfortable clothing and any personal items that help you relax are also recommended. Mats, Pillows and Activity Materials Provided.
