Join us for a 90 minute Yoga Immersion designed to be the antidote for the 'Sunday Scarries'. Begin your week well, with the perfect reset + recharge.

Because when you fill up your own cup, you can show up with so much more presence for those around you!

Why do we offer just 5 mats? Well, there are so many reasons however most importantly ~ when we delve into the realm of deep rest and rejuvenation we want to ensure the energy of the room is supportive of our outcome. With just 5 people in the class, it creates a beautiful semi-private experience.

Unlike the crowded space of a larger studio class, with many different energies circulating the room, our small circle is unique. The energy of the room doesn't overpower your own person experience of the practice. You have the space , and the safety to truely relax and deepen your presence in your practice.

Our semi-private 90 minute immersion is also perfect for anyone needing a little extra support while navigating injuries, or discomfort.

The Experience

90 minutes of bliss! My teaching is inspired by both Hatha + Yin. This immersion is gentle, if offers the space to bridge the gap between movement and stillness. No rushing, just slow, mindful movement and the space to feel what you are experiencing.

This is a complete practice, we will move through Asana (the physcial postures), Pranayama (breath techniques that help regulate the flow of energy in your body) + Meditation (we may delve into Yoga Nidra ~ yogic sleep, or enjoy a seated meditation. Either way, you'll float out of the session).

At the end of the session, there is no need to rush out of your practice. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea to ground and return from the blissful relaxation! (please allow up to 15 minutes extra time to enjoy your tea).

Who is this for?

You! With the semi-private nature and my intuitive approach, the session really is for you! Trust that if you decide to join, it will be exactly what you need.

You don't need to be flexible, just open to experience deep relaxation! And if you find large studio classes overwhelming, this will be so perfect!

  • What to Bring: Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats, Bolsters and Blocks are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
