Facilitator Profile:  Kim Page is an accredited KAP facilitator.  She has trained with founder Venant Wong and alongside senior KAP facilitator Sigrid Brelid.  Kim has many years experience with wellness and fitness.

KAP is a Kundalini Activation Process and transmission of Life Force Energy to increase your natural Life Force Energy Flow and uplift your vibration.  It is a process of surrender and relaxation.
We are so excited to offer KAP in Melbourne in 2020.  Please join us and welcome in the New Year focusing on your well being and healing.
Arrive 7.00pm for a 7.10pm start.  We're in the upstairs room.  If you arrive early, please wait either downstairs or upstairs and you'll have access to the room at 7.10pm.
Some experience feelings of deep relaxation, pure joy, rejuvenation and bliss. Others experience a cathartic release of past pain and trauma. Whilst others notice profound or subtle changes in their daily lives that are aligned with their life purpose and life direction. All participants report feeling, or experiencing, a powerful or subtle feeling of well being, heat, or tingling, in their body. The process: Participants lie down on their yoga mat, close their eyes, relax and let the music and kundalini life force energy transmission work it's magic. It's quite safe and with our eyes closed, it's a private inner journey. This is intelligent energy that knows what you need in the moment and will not shock your system or harm you in any way. Logistics: Ideally, please eat lightly before the session and drink plenty of water. Bring your water bottle with you and your favourite yoga mat to lie on.  Wear loose comfy clothing so you feel free to move with the music.
