PlAy-BA Northside: Breastfeeding and weight gain

The Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) was founded by a group of mothers with the aim of helping other mothers. This mother to mother support is the basis for all  of our events.You can come along and meet new friends, chat,  and  get hints and tips from other mothers who've been there.To find out more about ABA come to an event orclick here.

Join us for term 2 every other Wednesday at 10am in Bruce.

CIT Bruce - North Carpark

Playgroup for Australian Breastfeeding Association members and guests.Where: At CIT Bruce Campus - Vowels Crescent - Building H, Burrumbah Room.Park in CIT Bruce – North Carpark and head towards building H. Don’t enter through the main entry, instead follow the footpath around the left of the building and enter through the glass doors halfway down the building, there will be an ABA banner at the door. Once inside, turn left down the corridor and follow the signs to ABA 😊T ickets: You will need to book for yourself and each child over the age of 12 months. Babies up to 12 months old are included in the booking adult's ticket.Come along and meet like-minded parents and have a cuppa and a chat.We will have breastfeeding topics on aspects of parenting such as baby sleep, newborn behaviour, and wellness. There will be breastfeeding educators and/or breastfeeding counsellors present at group events.All our events are baby, toddler and pram friendly. Members, support people and visitors are welcome. Please feel free to come when you can and leave when you need to – we know mornings with little ones don’t always go to plan!Social media/photos: Please note ABA may take photos for ABA use on social media.
