There is plenty of off street parking adjacent to the building. Any overflow parking can be found on Mills Street.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring along a journal, pen and drink bottle. All equipment will be supplied including mats, blankets, and pillows.

Is this event suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

Breath work  may not be suitable for the following health concerns - asthma, aneurysm, heart conditions, high blood pressure, serious eye issues, those who are pregnant, bi polar and schizophrenia. If any of these are present for you, please consult your health professional prior to booking.
