Does your child, aged 4 to 8, experience moments of overwhelm or anxiety at the thought of going to school for the first time or returning to school? Do they need support cultivating the ability to regulate their emotions? Come on a Light-hearted journey via mindfulness and the zones of regulation.The young people who attend will learn new tips and tricks to calm their mind, body and weather change and challenge like a boss in 2020. 
Join Emma Bulter of Ready Set Learn and Cathy Koman of Mindful Storytelling for this special summer holiday event.
A little more about our presenters and their programs...
Emma Butler is an Early Childhood Teacher and the creator of Ready Set Learn which offers unique classes supported by evidence-based programs and focus on specific areas of development and learning. Ready Set Lean is a fun and engaging program that delves in deep, teaching with targeted strategies to ensure that your child’s learning potential is reached. Children receive explicit teaching on:
•	Social skills, friendship concepts, and working within a group
•	Emotional intelligence, regulation, and self-control
•	Mindfulness and self-care
•	And so much more!!!

Cathy Koman, a teacher for 17 years, is the creator of Mindful Storytelling and Books ALIVE. Mindful Storytelling takes students on a collaborative storytelling journey that uses drama, movement and music to bring the story to life. In this playful but purposeful program students experience mindfulness and other tools to help them cultivate confidence, creative expression and enhances wellbeing. Mindful Storytelling is delivered at schools, childcares, kindergartens and in the community.
