The Cross River Rail Experience Centre is a community engagement and education hub developed in partnership with Queensland Museum, providing detailed project information, digital engagement experiences and learning opportunities for visiting members of the public as well as school groups.The Experience Centre is also a space where the Delivery Authority can meet with community representatives and groups, deliver a school engagement program, host stakeholder information sessions and assist our engineers with ongoing design and delivery of the project’s future tunnels and stations.

Are you an engineer of the future? Would you be able to design a bridge or tunnel? Come and build colourful constructions at this fun, collaborative and exciting LEGO© Engineering workshop with Building Block Studio. You’ll not only learn the difference between an arch bridge and a beam bridge, but will be tasked with an extra challenge to build a tunnel that a train will have to travel through. No prior experience is required. This workshop is ideal for children aged 7-13.
