Any yoga mat, bolster, pillow you may need for comfort, but not essential.

Will the yoga postures be impossible for me to perform?

No. Anyone can perform this yoga without any previous yoga experience, prerequisite fitness or any health condition. However, being able to get up and down from the floor is expected but not essential.

What else do I need to know?

Mobile phones are restricted from use during the workshop. If you will need to use your phone during the workshop, please consider enrolling in a future workshop instead.
