I was lucky enough to attend a sound healing at The Pyramids of Chi in Ubud, Bali,  which was life changing. During the session I totally left my body as the sounds and vibrations took me to such a wonderful place. I decided then that I wanted to learn this craft and be able to help people relax and heal. I am so grateful to be on this journey.​My passion is helping people. I work with energy, frequency and vibration. I offer unique group and 1:1 sessions which are quite different to group sound baths. My classical training means I can create a nourishing, custom healing session which will be specifically set up for your best healing outcome.​I am a fully qualified Sound Healer having completed both the Level 1 and Level 2 Diploma in Integral Sound Healing Multi instrument Practitioner with the prestigious International Sound Healing Academy. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness. 🌟 Each session starts with a powerful guided meditation where we invite you to set an intention. Research has shown that combining intention setting with sound can have a positive healing outcome. 🌟 We use Blue Lotus oil during our sessions. If you choose you can receive a drop of this sacred oil. Blue Lotus has been historically linked to various spiritual practices, meditation, and rituals.
