About this event

Tennis' strategic commitment is to be a global leader in inclusion and diversity. Our vision is no limits for women and girls on and off the court.

Are you a young woman aged 14-18 years who wants to:

  • Build life and leadership skills ?
  • Feel confident and unlock your own power to step into leadership roles in your local tennis community?
  • Increase youth voices and gender equality in your tennis community ?
  • Connect with like-minded young people ?

Then you should apply for our Learn 2 Lead program!

We know there are barriers for young women – from challenges in getting involved (and staying engaged!) in tennis to connecting to your own power and stepping into leadership roles.

That’s why we’ve created the Learn 2 Lead program – to equip YOU with the skills, confidence and knowledge for leadership.

We’ve co-designed the program with young people to ensure it’s relevant, grounded in real life experiences and includes the key skills and knowledge you need to step into leadership!
