When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the main session starts to allow time for check-in and to get settled comfortably.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, along with your intention for positive change. We’ll provide a yoga mat and eye pillow for each attendee. For extra comfort, feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket.

This sound healing session offers a deeply relaxing sound bath experience designed to reduce stress, balance your energy, uplift your mood, improve sleep, ease pain, release blockages, and spark greater awareness and creativity.

Are there any precautions I need to be aware of?

Please note: Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with epilepsy, metal implants, PTSD, skin conditions, pregnancy, or those under 18 should avoid attending. By booking, you confirm that none of these conditions apply to you. If unsure, please reach out to us before the session.

What if I arrive late?

If you arrive late, quietly find an available spot and ease into the session to avoid disruptions. We’ll sort out registration after the session.

What should I do during the session?

Accepted Answer

During the session, please switch off or silence your mobile device and avoid talking to maintain a peaceful and undisturbed environment. Other than that, relax to enjoy the South Bath.

Question 7

What if I need to take a break?

Accepted Answer

The session runs non-stop for one hour. If you need a break, feel free to quietly step outside for fresh air or use the bathroom. You're also welcome to sit on a chair if needed. Please be mindful to keep noise to a minimum, and note that the session will finish on time.

Can I be refunded or transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the event start time for a refund. If you're unable to make it within 72 hours, you're welcome to find a replacement person to attend in your place.
