<h3><strong>A 90 minute immersion into silence and serenity that will leave you completely rejuvenated, focused and floating on soft euphoric cloud of bliss!
</strong></h3><p>This blissful session will focus on self-love and compassionate communication by activating and cleansing your heart and throat chakras through a guided sound meditation. </p><p>For many of us, and especially at this time of year, we tend to close off our emotions around family and friends or ‘bite our tongue,’ as we believe that speaking up might cause unnecessary conflict. Holding back and not speaking our truth not only blocks and restricts our throat chakra but it also places invisible walls around our heart, to protect us from unnecessary pain and loss. If we don’t have the tools to cleans and heal our chakras, we consistently repeat the same patterns and become trapped in our ways, leading us to failed relationships, poor communication, anxiety and depression.
</p><p>During this 90 minute restorative sound meditation, you will be guided to gently cleans and heal the built up blockages of your chakras with the use of Tibetan sound healing bowls, soothing crystals intentions and a mantra. 
</p><h3><strong>Why do we set intentions?
</strong></h3><p>By setting intentions you will actively begin to break the repetitive patterns and cycles you have unconsciously created by focusing on transformation and expansion. 
</p><h3><strong>What is a mantra and what are the benefits of using one during your meditation practice? </strong></h3><p><strong>
</strong>A mantra is a pure vibrational sound that you silently repeat to yourself in order to help you settle the mind into quieter levels of awareness. Remember the key to meditation is to be effortless. By practicing meditation with a mantra your active mind will slowly begin to dissipate. Remember, thoughts will come and are part of the process. </p><p>By introducing a mantra, it will assist you in deepening your meditation practice and reduce the activity of the mind, allowing you to heal and restore your body, mind and soul on a deeper and more profound level. 
</p><h3><strong>How will we crystals be introduced to the meditation and what are their benefits?
</strong></h3><p>Crystal therapy has been used for centuries to help treat the body holistically for various ailments and to realign and restore the energy channels that are interrupting the natural flow of chi around the body. The  vibrational soothing qualities of natural crystals are said to help relieve specific conditions such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, physical injuries and digestive problems.
</p><p>During this 90 minute serene session, you will be invited to choose a crystal that resonated with you (that you can keep and take home) which you will learn how to activate in order to assist with the clearing of your chakras during your meditation session. 
</p><h3><strong>Will Tibetan sound healing bowls help with my blissful meditation experience?
</strong></h3><h2>You have no idea! You will leave floating on a soft cloud of pure euphoria. 
</h2><p>Tibetan Singing bowls have also been used for centuries to shift the vibrational energetic field of the body. The soft musical pulsations that emanate from these magical bowls, shift any stagnant energy of your body, mind and spirit allowing healing to take place. The sound generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energetic medicine, which helps the body relax on an emotional level as well as a physical one. By introducing soothing sound vibrations to your meditation practice, your body begins to restore itself at a rapid rate as your mediation deepens.
</p><h3><em>Studies have showed that meditation for 1 hour alone is equivalent to 4 hours of restful sleep. So imagine how you will feel after 90 minutes of immersion with harmonious sounds, soothing vibrational crystals and a mantra!

</strong></h3><p>Julie Parmax is a certified Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor and has been practicing meditation for 10 years. She has studied at the Chopra Center in California with Deepak Chopra and Roger Gabriel. 
</p><p>She is also a certified Reiki practitioner and Tarot Reader.

You can also pay $8 and park at Bondi Junction Public Library which is around the corner.</p><p></p>
