This 8-week program is designed for people living with chronic illness, long-term stress, anxiety, or ongoing health challenges.
You’ll begin with a one-to-one intake and assessment, followed by small-group classes shaped around shared needs — such as nervous system regulation, anxiety support, fatigue, or persistent pain.
✨ What’s included:
• 1:1 intake & assessment (via telephone)
• 8 supportive, accessible classes
• Small group, personalised approach
• Move at your own pace in a safe, inclusive space
Group focus will be guided by participant needs after intakes are completed.
If you’re looking for gentle, supportive movement that meets you where you are, this space is for you.
When:
- Wednesdays 4th March - 22nd April 9.45am - 11.00am
- Gosnells Community Lotteries House - Downstairs meeting Room 2232c Albany Highway Gosnells
- $40 for the whole 8 weeks.
- Yoga mats & equipment provided
**Once you have booked you will receive an email to complete a intake form and you will have a chat with the facilitator to gather info on what you are looking for and physical capabilities.
About Rebecca:
Hi, I’m Rebecca. I’m a personal trainer and yoga teacher offering accessible, inclusive movement through mindful fitness, yoga, Pilates, and yoga therapy–informed practices. My work supports both physical and emotional wellbeing, with a focus on nervous system regulation, strength, mobility, and building a positive relationship with the body. I’m passionate about meeting people where they’re at and creating a safe, supportive space to move in ways that feel sustainable and meaningful.
